  I placed an order a couple weeks ago and the lady who took my delivery order told me there was a $15 charge for delivery. I asked when they had implemented the charge and she told me that they've always had it. This struck me as odd so I then asked if she meant charge or minimum. She meant minimum. After my order i was at $13.50 and told her to give me 15 fortune cookies to make up the difference since it was 10 for $1. She then told me that she didn't know how much they actually were so she was just going to charge me $2 for them. After all this I gave her the card number. When she asked for the expiration I told her it was September 2017. Then she asked me if I could tell her the number month because she didn't know when September was on the calendar. What? Now when I call she makes a point of asking me for the month and year in numbers..
