  I went into the lobby I waited at least five or six minutes before somebody even approached me take my order while they was focused on drive thru. Then I have to wait for my food it took a total of 10 to 13 minutes overall the food was good just a quality of service

  Great experience ! Last night my fry was below average, I called and the manager, Ralph said cone back for free meal !! Great customer service and staff was amazing in making this happen !! Very impressed

  Always missing something...then fries are cold, nuggets fried in old oil, can never get a sandwich with MELTED cheese. Portions of fries are inconsistent. Scram eggs always brown and dry. I should not have to be frustrated every time I try to bring home good for the family. They are in competition with our Taco Bell in town. We now drive to Oakwood.

  Earlier today I went there for breakfast,they were a little busy a had gotten 3 breakfast sandwiches and all 3 were cold and hard. When I called them back I was treated very rudely and I was told that they didn't give me anything old or cold which I would have understood If it had not happened it this same McDonalds before on several other occasions,I guess that they didn't realize that I've been go to that McDonalds since they opened day 1 I almost want to go back to the Solon store as I did before the Twinsburg store opened. Not a happy customer I am hopefull that everything will be taken care of whenever i return
